Free Criminal History Search - Conduct a Criminal History Search on Anyone

Why do I need a criminal history search on anyone? Well, first of all, you can never be sure of the history of anybody that you have to work in close association with. You do not know if your new stockbroker or accountant has had issues with fraud, or that the tenant you just hired has a robbery or arson charge on them, or that your kid's nanny is not a convicted pedophile. In the world we are living in, you really cannot afford to take some sort of risks on your self like these, and to be sure that your workers are totally clean you might have to do a criminal history search on them.

How do I go about this, you may ask. First of all, you could check with the relevant government agencies like the correctional facilities, the Police, the courts as these have a database of criminal records in their locality. However, you might have to go through a lot of paperwork to get information from them as most states and districts have legislation guiding the release of criminal history records of people in their community.

Another thing you could do is to type the name in the search box of any popular search engine and see what the fellow has been associated with in the past. So many court and newspaper reports on crime are available online and if the person in question has been involved in crime that has been reported, it would show up in these searches.

However, one thing you might consider about these forms of searches is that they would not give you a thorough criminal history record as some times people commit crimes in states or counties outside those in which they reside and sometimes crime cases are not reported in newspapers. You could procure the assistance of one of the many online detective lookup services that would carry out a search in all the criminal record databases in the country for you and give you the result, which would be fully confidential.

Some of these directories can give you the public records of any one within 5 minutes provided you have a computer and a fast internet connection. This is, of course, not a free service so you will be required to pay a fee for this service. So be careful of scams and check out the reputation of the company before you commit yourself to it.

Financing 101 - Do's and Don'ts #3 - Identity Theft Tips

One of the biggest enemies to financing is identity theft, and it is one of the fastest growing crimes out there today. The fact is that identity theft can strike anyone no matter where they are and how careful they try to be. For many people the fear of losing their money is enough to have them hire one of these protection companies that have recently become very popular. Many of these companies do actually offer a solid form of protection. First they make your information much more difficult to steal, and then they constantly monitor it to make sure there is no unusual activity. If there is anything suspicious they immediately alert you so that you can figure out the problem and it can be dealt with quickly. This limits the amount of damage done, but you still can become a victim.

Because there is no 100% guaranteed way to protect yourself from identity theft you need to know what you can do to recover from it. One of the protection companies will have a plan in place, but if you do not have one you can just go to your bank and file paper work. This crime has become so common that many lenders can return your money and give you new information in a matter of weeks. This is a big help but sadly the protection companies and banks usually fail to fix your credit score which can be severely lowered after you suffer from this crime.

The good news is that fixing your score has never been so easy. All you have to do is hire a credit repair company that will come in and fix it in weeks. The process of credit repair is great because it will work with any ones score, and it is very affordable.

One Of The Most Commonly Committed Crimes In Los Angeles

Every day there are drivers that are pulled over by the police and arrested for driving under the influence and this is one of the most commonly committed crimes in Los Angeles. It is also a crime that is committed by non-criminals. It is one that is a crime that is often committed by some of the most respectable members of the community and drivers who have never been in any type of trouble with the law in Santa Rosa.

It is also a crime that affects the drivers' ability to drive in some cases and considering this it may seem only fair that this person be arrested. Then there is the other side of this story, the person who dines at a restaurant with their family and has a mixed drink while waiting for the table, a couple glasses of wine with dinner and an after dinner cognac. Will put this person who is out with his family over the legal limit to drive and this is not termed as drinking by most people but rather social drinking. For many people drinking wine with their evening meal is done every day and is not out of the ordinary at all in Santa Rosa or any other place.

The facts still remain one of the most commonly committed crimes is driving under the influence and this does not make it any difference that the person is normally a law abiding citizen.

The wisest thing that this driver can now do since they have been arrested for driving under the influence is to retain an experienced DUI/DWI attorney, one who has a proven record and that understands all the laws pertaining to a DUI charge and is aggressive enough to know the procedures when it comes to DMV and the hearing that will take place their for this person's driving privileges.

Without retaining an attorney who understands these laws and can walk into the court hearing confident this driver who has never been in trouble with the law before may find that their life will change dramatically. In court they could be fined, they could be put on probation and ordered to attend classes for drinking and driving. Then there could be the loss of a driver's license when there is the hearing at the DMV, this alone will mean depending on someone else for transportation. Don't get caught unrepresented in one of the most commonly committed crimes in Los Angeles.

First Degree Murder

In our legal system, someone is killing levels given different categories and by more fully grasp the magnitude of the crime. Although as murder and manslaughter to describe both the taking of someone's life, takes a more casual tone manslaughter than murder. Murder is even divided into different levels, with the most serious first-degree murder.

First-degree murder is generally considered the most heinous crimes. Once you commita murder, you are charged with one dependent, the degree of the murder of your actions. When the prosecution team seeking to prove that you are guilty of first degree murder, there are some things to show them the most, to really convince the judge or the jury that this is the correct charge for your actions.

One of the first things that the prosecutor tried to prove is that the crime was intentional. This means that you actually planned to kill your victim. ThereCrime can be shown different ways that you planned. For example, if you kill someone with poison, the prosecutor may collect evidence to show that you have purchased the poison, as well as view the notes that you may have about the effects of various poisons on the human body. On the other hand, the prosecution team to show that you put in your waiting victim. This means that if you wanted to kill someone right when they came home from work, must have received yourHome early, the crime to be in a position to commit.

Another thing that the prosecutor has to show is that you intentionally killed your victim. Although it may seem obvious that intent means that you really want the person to die, this is not always true. For example, say that you put on the watch to a person of the house to ambush him. You planned to throw a few punches and maybe knock him to the ground. But maybe he has a brain condition that causes it to diewith your first hit. Obviously you have not intentionally kill the person.

On the other hand, if you have a gun and plan to shoot through the heart, knowing that they are taking the life of the victim, then intentionally committed first-degree murder.

A different kind of murder is murder capital crimes. Although not all states follow this rule, some state governments assume that every death is caused during a crime of first degree murder. One example is shooting and killing the owner of a houseif he or she walks in unexpectedly while you are in the process of robbing her.

Even if you are charged with first-degree murder, you deserve a lawyer who is not afraid to fight for your rights. For more information, check out the defense lawyers from the Law Office of Daniel Jensen, PC, today.

Worst lawyer ever (a tribute to Jeffrey Chaucer)

I'm by no means a poet but I ran into the most ridiculous story I'd ever heard and wanted to present it in a way I didn't think anybody else had done before. After all, I may not be able to enjoy my insomnia but maybe somebody can at least get some entertainment out of it. Oh how the news has become tangled and twisted Paradigms so easily shifted Now we turn our eyes to a story so aberrant Dr. Seuss would even deny it so adamant. For this is a story of a man so cursed Only in rhyme I dare to rehearse Taken to trial for a revolting crime Are we to believe hes in his prime? A simple charge of rape, nothing new But this time a canine victim, Joo-Joo. From under oath we expect the absurd But nobody was ready to hear these words The dog had seduced me, I swear The man shouted in the courtroom air To make things worse he wasnt on his own A public attorney left his defense all alone 12 to none the decision was swift Into jail the man was mixed The most surprising is still to come For this case is sincerely dumb Now where might you find this defendant? Whose doggy relation has become codependent? Virginia I would think or maybe Kentucky However my guesses were not all that lucky In Miami Beach, the Cuban escape In prison this man waits for 2028 Joo-Joo, however, was given a new home With a family and kids and a brand new bone Consider this my ode to the worst lawyer alive Public attorneys, your defenses head dive I could go on but am running short on time So Ill just get to the ...
