entation. However, few may understand the differences in attorneys who are admitted to plead before the Supreme Court as opposed to those only admitted to the State bar. There is however a difference and because some serious white collar crimes might be heard before a state court while others before a Federal court it is important to ascertain that the attorney has the right qualifications. Simply qualified and admitted to the state BAR association may not be enough if the case might be heard in Federal court.
